Occupant container: It can be hoisted in a full container, without the need for a concrete foundation. It can be installed in 15 minutes, checked in for 1 hour, and connected to a power source.
Mobile board house: It takes a long time to install the concrete foundation, build the main body, install the wall, hang the ceiling, install the water and electricity, etc.
4. Decoration
Occupancy container: one-time decoration such as floor, wall, ceiling, water and electricity, doors, windows, exhaust fan, etc., permanent use, energy saving, environmental protection and beautiful.
Mobile home: wall, ceiling, water and electricity, lighting, doors and windows and other facilities need to be installed on site, the construction period is long, the loss is large, and it is not beautiful enough.
5. Use
Occupant container: the design is more user-friendly, the occupancy and office are more comfortable, and the number of rooms can be increased or decreased at any time, which is convenient and flexible.
Mobile home: poor sound insulation and fire prevention performance, average occupancy and office comfort, fixed after installation, no temporary increase or decrease in the number of rooms.
6. Relocation
Occupant container: no need to dismantle the relocation. The items in the room can move with the box without loss, can be hoisted and moved more than 1,000 times, which is convenient and saves money.
Movable board house: The relocation needs to be disassembled and reinstalled, the items must be properly packed, and the material consumption and disassembly of each disassembly and installation are high, and the time and effort are also consumed. After disassembly and assembly four or five times, it is basically scrapped.
